Il nuovo album della band di Cleveland uscirà nei primi mesi del prossimo anno per l'etichetta "the Militia Group". L'EP, registrato al The Loft di Saline (Michigan), sarà curato da Tim Patalan, il produttore di Sponge, The Fags e di "Pretend You're Alive", primo LP dei Lovedrug.

Uscita discografica e tour."Everything Starts Where It Ends" uscirà il 6 Marzo negli States e in Giappone, per arrivare in Europa e Australia verso Giugno 2007. La prima metà del tour, "Everything Starts", comincerà a Gennaio in Nord America per la promozione dell'album. La seconda parte, "Where It Ends", giungerà in Europa assieme al disco, e dovrebbe prevedere una ventina di date.

Everything Starts Where It Ends.La tracklist del nuovo album non è ancora nota, ma a quanto se ne sa dovrebbe essere un concept album, un format tanto di moda oltreoceano. Dice Michael Shepard, leader della band: "Rispetto a Pretend You're Alive, questo disco è meno interessato a raccontare storie. Sono i sentimenti e le passioni che sorgono da quelle storie che ci affascinano ora. Vita, sesso, morte, merda, sconfitta, amore, c'è tutto questo dentro".

Pretend You're Alive.Pretend You're Alive fu realizzato nel Luglio del 2004, dopo che la band aveva prodotto due EP: "LOVEDRUG EP" nel 2002 e "ROCKNROLL EP" nel 2003. L'album fu accolto con entusiasmo dal pubblico statunitense e gratificato dalla stampa specializzata con paragoni altisonanti: Muse, Radiohead, Soundgarden, Nirvana. Decisamente esagerati, american-style.
